Nutmeg Designs has reopened as the BVI’s first and only sustainable goods store, realises the importance of the environment and responsible consumerism. The store is located in Wickham’s Cay II, with a portfolio of furnishings, accents and gifts carefully chosen for their relation to sustainability, eco-friendliness and recycled or repurposed qualities.
Examples of items for sale are furniture made from boats, car parts, repurposed antiques, recycled glass objects, accessories from discarded and reconditioned fabrics, and gifts and cards that are made from recycled paper.
